Emma Rowland
Emma is a strategic advisor and project manager who helps organizations turn big ideas into clear strategies, tackle complex challenges, and build thriving cultures.
With a background in healthcare and social services—both on the front lines and in leadership—she brings firsthand experience solving complex problems and guiding teams through times of change. This work sparked a desire to drive broader system-level impact, ultimately leading her to consulting. At MacPhie, Emma draws upon her academic background and professional experience to help organizations chart a clear path forward and transform how they operate.
She brings a unique perspective and a deep commitment to improving systems from the inside out. Through collaboration, empathy, and clear communication, she uncovers the insights that matter and helps turn them into meaningful action.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys hiking, camping, and rock climbing with her husband and young child.
