Our approach uses the Hogan comprehensive 360° feedback to develop your aspirational personal brand.
1. Assess Your Needs
We will discuss your motivations, your objectives, your desired outcomes for professional development, as well as how we will measure success. As we establish our schedule, we will plan to address your goals and refine the approach in the following phases.
2. Tailor A Custom Approach
- a digital 360° review with custom comment-style questions, tailored to your needs;
- completion of a self-assessment; and/or
- one-on-one interviews with trusteed peers, colleagues, and/or friends.
3. 360° Survey
We employ the Hogan 360° feedback tool to gain a better understanding of how you view yourself, as well as how you are perceived by managers, peers, direct reports, and others. This phase involves sending respondents surveys of 50 questions on your attitude, behavior, and performance across four key areas: regulating yourself, relating to others, executing operationally, and thinking strategically.
The report uses this Leadership Model framework to provide a constructive look at your attitude, behavior, and performance, to set priorities for improvement.
While the overall 360° survey results are always illuminating, invariably clients find the most value and opportunities for self-reflection and genuine improvement in our analytical coaching sessions.
We will engage in multiple coaching sessions with you to guide conversations around the results of questionnaires, interviews, as well as the 360° survey. We will explore recurring themes related to how and why other groups perceive you differently. We will augment our analytical approach with verbatim quotes from interviewees or respondents, to spark discussion and deep reflection.
In discussing your next steps, we will also co-create a development plan for you to identify your priorities, as well as actionable steps you can take to bring your aspirational self to life.
Through our approach, you will come to a sharper understanding of the contexts that energize you, as well as the contexts that act as energy suppressants.
Our ultimate deliverable is a Personal Brand on a page—tailored to you and answering several key questions through our process of co-creation.
