Alex Moore
Alex knows that the first step to any engagement is to understand what stakeholders think and feel. He strives to uncover unique and purposeful findings that truly clarify and inform a business’s purpose, processes, and opportunities. Using a structured research and analysis approach, Alex works to integrate diverse perspectives and ideas, and ultimately chart a clear path forward.
While at MacPhie, Alex has worked with clients across the private, public, and non-profit sectors to build high-performing teams. This includes working with a community care organization to define their mission and vision, helping a government ministry to build a more magnetic culture, and conducting a stakeholder 360 for an international infrastructure company to determine how they can foster purposeful collaboration with partners.
Alex graduated from the University of Waterloo with an Honours BA with distinction in psychology and business. As a co-op student, Alex completed two terms at MacPhie, worked at both the provincial and federal governments, and completed a term in the tech sector. While in these positions, Alex assisted in various types of research and analysis, and found purposeful solutions to complex problems.
When he’s not at work, Alex can be found on a run with friends, testing out a new recipe, or listening to the latest release of music. He is also an avid mountain biker who recently completed a trip across the north rim of the Grand Canyon.
