As a Consultant at MacPhie, he works with clients to surface insights, explore strategic choices, and set ambitious goals. Rory brings structure to complexity and helps teams move forward with confidence, whether focusing on strategy, communications or team development.
Before joining MacPhie, Rory was conducting research on leadership and organizational psychology at the University of Ottawa, collaborating with an international team investigating workplace mental health. With expertise across sectors, including hospitals, non-profits, and the private sector, and a background as a high-performance coach, Rory is known for his ability to synthesize complex problems, uncover patterns, and translate insights into high-impact solutions.
When he is not working, Rory spends his time outdoors sailing, surfing, and skiing, or exploring the restaurants of Toronto with his family and friends.
