Adya is an Associate Consultant at MacPhie Consulting where she supports client engagements through research, data analysis, and project coordination. She enjoys working with organizations across diverse sectors and contributing to projects that help leaders, teams, and organizations thrive.
Before joining MacPhie, Adya worked across consulting, research, and innovation roles with universities, non-profit organizations, and private sector clients. Her experience includes conducting interviews and focus groups, leading environmental scans, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and translating evidence into actionable insights. Working across different sectors has shown her that while every organization is unique, many of the most meaningful solutions emerge by bringing together diverse perspectives and applying fresh thinking.
Adya’s approach is grounded in understanding before action. She enjoys taking the time to fully understand a challenge, collaborating with others to explore different ideas, and developing recommendations that are both evidence-based and practical. She is particularly interested in how AI and other emerging technologies can help people and organizations work more effectively while keeping human judgment and meaningful relationships at the centre.
When she’s away from her desk, you’ll usually find Adya chasing her daily 10K step goal, finding a hidden local spot, and travelling whenever she gets the chance.
