Increasingly, communicators are being called upon to support their organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies, and work towards building a more just and inclusive world. In this program, we equip Communications teams and leaders with the essential skills and strategies needed to lead their organizations into the future.
While nearly everyone agrees that Communications play a core role in any organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy, many Communications teams and leaders feel ill-prepared to bring those plans to life. We designed this program not because we believe there is one “right” way to facilitate inclusive communication, but because we understand the key skills and core questions that bring meaningful, inclusive communication strategies to life.
- Organization-specific: we customize the program to your organization and work exclusively with your communications and/or leadership team to focus on your organization’s voice, brand, and key audiences to develop outputs that are uniquely suited to your strengths and context. This program is offered as three two-hour workshops (delivered virtually or in-person), each spaced 2-3 weeks apart, allowing participants to learn and reflect on new skills in bite-sized chunks.
- Multi-Organization: in this pay-per-seat model, participants from multiple organizations come together to learn in a single virtual classroom. This program allows participants from different organizations to learn from one another, build connections, and return to their teams equipped to lead and implement inclusive communications efforts. This program is offered as three two-hour virtual workshops, each spaced 2-3 weeks apart, allowing participants to learn and reflect on new skills in bite-sized chunks.
