Win Over Key Stakeholders

One of Canada’s leading beverage companies needed to influence one of its most important stakeholders: its staff. Amongst a great deal of change in the organization, morale was in need of a boost to ensure a critical department was on board with its corporate priorities.

MacPhie facilitated a stakeholder engagement that combined qualitative and quantitative methodologies to first understand core morale issues. We then facilitated a set of workshops with the entire team to reinvigorate buy-in through a shared vision and principles, helping to renew alignment with – and excitement for – the team’s corporate priorities.
