One of Canada’s largest post-secondary institutions was trying to decide “where to from here?” in an increasingly competitive environment.

MacPhie helped the institution better understand the wants and needs of its target audiences by conducting an intensive stakeholder consultation including focus groups, surveys and in-depth interviews. This research helped identify broader opportunities and challenges in the post-secondary education sector for our client to consider as part of its strategic decision-making process. Ultimately, MacPhie helped craft a strategy that added a new level of clarity for leadership, and an enhanced sense of commitment throughout the institution.
