Define Value Propositions


The Canadian division of a Fortune 15 company was having trouble aligning its value proposition. With five distinct business lines, SVPs and VPs were struggling to concisely message the business as a whole, along with a clear message for each business line.

MacPhie was tasked with creating a simple, two-sentence value proposition for the business as a whole, as well as for each business line, alongside a descriptive corporate narrative. These products were received extremely well by our client and are used in all aspects of corporate communications to this day.
